No. TradeLuma provides trading automation technology for self-directed traders. It does not recommend investments, choose trades, manage portfolios, or provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
No. Your brokerage account and assets remain with your selected broker. TradeLuma is not a broker, exchange, clearing firm, custodian, or investment manager.
TradeLuma provides a secure webhook URL and alert format. When the TradingView alert triggers, TradeLuma receives the instruction, checks the configured rules, and routes an approved order to the linked supported broker account.
Yes, when automation is enabled and the alert passes the user's configured rules, account-mode checks, broker readiness checks, and platform controls. A user can pause or disable automation when needed.
Yes. Paper-first testing is strongly encouraged so symbols, quantities, entries, exits, duplicate handling, bracket behaviour, and broker updates can be checked before live-account automation is considered.
The alert remains visible with the reason it was blocked, such as a disabled strategy, duplicate protection, unsupported setting, broker connection issue, account-mode mismatch, or a configured limit being reached.

Attached take-profit and stop-loss orders may be available where the broker, asset class, account, order type, and quantity format support them. TradeLuma checks compatibility before routing supported bracket instructions.
Yes. Users control their broker connections and strategy status. Available pause, reconnect, disconnect, and live-trading controls depend on the connection method and broker.
